ARMENIAN STUDY CENTER OPENED IN BULGARIA

February 23, the opening ceremony of Armenian study center in San
Kiliment Orhidsk University, Sofia within the framework of "Year of
the Mother Tongue and Reading" was held.
The donors Mr. and Mrs. Hakobyans, representatives of Bulgarian
Education and Science Ministry as well as RA Embassy in Bulgaria,
Armenian consular in Plovdiv, lecturers and students, representative
of Bulgarian Diocese of Armenian Apostolic Church Rouben Grigoryan
and other Armenian community representatives attended the ceremony,
RA Foreign Ministry press service informed NEWS.am.
The participants voiced the congratulatory message of Bulgarian
Minister of Education and Science Sergei Ignatov.
