HIS HOLINESS ARAM I LEAVE FOR INDIA WITH OFFICIAL VISIT

ANTELIAS, FEBRUARY 26, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. On February 23
the Armenian Catholicosate of Cilicia His Holiness Aram I, invited
by His Holiness Catholicos Moran Mor Baselios Marthoma Didymos I of
Indian (Malankara) Orthodox Church, has left for India, reported the
monastry of Antelias. His Holiness will stay in India for 5 days,
visit different regions, meet with the leaderships of the churches,
read lectures.
His Holiness Aram I will also visit UAE, especially Armenian
Communities of Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. During these visits His
Holiness is accompanied by H.E. Arch. Sebouh Sarkissian, Prelate of
Tehran, H.E. Nareg Alrmezian, Ecumenical officer, and his secretary
V. Rev. Mesrob Sarkissian.
