"Government acted like Taliban restoring to disinformation and
intimidation," said at today's press conference Armenian National
Congress's Coordinator Levon Zurabian comparing elections to National
Assembly at 10 electoral district of Yerevan to the elections in
Afghanistan.
The real day for voting was falsified, said Levon Zurabian pointing
that it should take place at least before December 20 2009.
When asked why ANC didn't make a statement on this before, Levon
Zurabian didn't respond clearly. "Voicing this could be considered
as a weakness and a way for excusing," he said.
"The day for voting has been determined, and we focused mainly on
the allowance to participate for Nikol Pashinian," said Zurabian,
adding that "they couldn't change anything before the voting, while
now they have a reason to protest over the election results."
