Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov will visit
Armenia on January 13-14 at the invitation of his Armenian counterpart
Edward Nalbandyan.
The Russian Foreign Minister will meet with President of Armenia
Serzh Sargsyan. Within the framework of the visit, the Ministers of
Foreign Affairs of both countries will hold talks and give a joint
press conference.
According to information from the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
the sides will discuss the bilateral relations, issues in the South
Caucasus, the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as well
as a broad range of issues relating to the cooperation between
Russian and Armenia provinces in the political, military, economic
and humanitarian spheres.
The meeting of Ministers Nalbandyan and Lavrov will be held on January
14 and will be immediately followed by a joint press conference.
