ARF MEMBER DID NOT SIGN THE PROTOCOL

At the Central Electoral Commission the ARF representative did not
sign the CEC protocol on the by-election at the Constituency No.10
which declares as winner Ara Simonyan. 7 member of the commission
signed the protocol, an ARF member refused signing. The material on
the elections at the polling stations No.10/15 and 10/19 will be sent
to the RA Prosecutor's office.
