Ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) has no over-optimistic
expectations of the Armenian-Azerbaijani-Russian Presidents' meeting
scheduled this weekend, RPA MP Gagik Minasyan told the journalists
today.
"I do not think any statement on significant changes will be voiced.
Azerbaijan's unconstructive stance unfortunately leaves no hope for
any progress in the near future," he underlined.
Speaking of Jan.18 Sargsyan-Medvedev meeting, Minasyan said, "I
believe that Karabakh issue will be definitely discussed at the
meeting, as well as both sides' stance and their possible convergence.
The exchange of the sides' stand is essential to avoid surprise in
the course of trilateral meeting."
