ARMENIA DOESN'T EXPECT BREAKTHROUGH ON THE KARABAKH ISSUE IN 2010

Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said doesn't think any
breakthrough on the Karabakh issue is expectable this year.
"If Azerbaijan shows a constructive position, then a certain progress
and developments in the process may be registered. But I don't think
a turning-point can occur at the talks in 2010," said minister at
the press conference in Yerevan.
