Today, Serge Sargsyan met with the members of the Supervisory Chamber.
He expressed his satisfaction with the activities of the chamber in
2009. He said that it is not a secret that our country has a series of
problems and only those naïve may think that all the problems can be
solved immediately. According to him, we have to be ready for a
lasting fight and we need to be able to differentiate main problems
from the secondary ones and to make steps to solve them.
Serge Sargsyan attached importance to the problems of effective
management of public measures in the work of the Supervisory Chamber
he also called on the staff of the chamber to work more actively this
year. He said that within the public there are always questions like
how it happens that the Supervisory Chamber reveals cases of wasting
of public means, etc, but no high-ranking official is ever persecuted.
And as he said the task of the Supervisory Chamber in 2010 have to be
this one.
According to Serge Sargsyan, the Supervisory Chamber has to correct
its mistakes up to the end and does not have to give way to
repressions, requests in this work. An infringement on public means
is a crime in every country. In our country it is a double crime
because we have unsolved problems and we need to spend our measures
more effectively. Any infringement on these measures is a crime
towards our future generations.
