ArmInfo. The second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan came out
with no statements during his visit to Iran on January 20-21, says the
press-release sent to ArmInfo from Kocharyan's office. To recall,
Kocharyan visited Iran on the Iranian foreign minister's invitation.
Over the days of the visit unreliable statements about the details of
Kocharyan's meetings were published in printed and electronic press
with reference to Tehran Times, particularly, statements allegedly
made by the Armenian second president during his meetings with the
Iranian president and foreign minister, says the press-release. In
fact, in course of the whole visit, which was friendly and unofficial,
as well as in course of the specified meetings, Kocharyan made no
statements; apparently, this is the result of misunderstanding or
misinterpreting by mass media, says the press-release.
