Armen Smbatyan discharged from the post of Armenian ambassador to Russia

ArmInfo. In view of election of Armen Smbatyan executive director of
the Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Fund, he was discharged from
the post of ambassador of Armenia to Russia by the Armenian
president's decree of January 21, 2010.
As the presidential press service reports, Oleg Yesayan has been
appointed ambassador of Armenia to Russia by another presidential
decree.
