"COMPUTER FOR EVERYBODY" PROGRAM RESULTS SUMMED UP

A consultation on the "Computer for everybody" program was held in
government today, conducted by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.
The program is implemented in two stages - pilot and main. It aims at
implementation of information technologies sphere strategy adopted
by the government to ensure provision of computers for population
and growth in the number of internet users.
Work done within the framework of the "Computer for everybody"
program pilot stage launched in 2009 September was presented at the
consultation, government press office reported. The main indices of
pilot stage, specifically, conditions of computer sales, service and
credit sales were also presented.
