K. MANOYAN: ALIYEV MISLEADS HIS PEOPLE

"The speech should be evaluated the same way as Aliyev assessed the
Armenian view saying all this is their fantasy," the head of ARF
Dasnaktsutyun Armenian Cause Office Kiro Manoyan told Panorama.am,
commenting on Azerbaijani President Aliyev's statement on Karabakh,
made Tuesday.
"Actually, Aliyev commented on mediators' conclusions and suggestions
his way, trying to tell the society something. Though, he rather
deceives his people. It cannot contribute to the peaceful settlement
of the conflict," Manoyan said.
