Baku responds to Armenian minister

Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has
commented on the false statements of Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian.
Edward Nalbandian said "the issue of Lachin and Kelbajar has never
been discussed" during the talks on the Karabakh conflict settlement.
Spokesman for Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Elkhan Polukhov said it is
difficult to hold talks with the Armenian side that easily rejects its
words.
"The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia are expected to meet
in Almaty tomorrow to discuss the whole specter of issues on the
resolution of the Karabakh conflict. We hope that this meeting the
Armenian side will not reject its words and promises", Polukhov said.
