    Armenian opposition will hold rallies again.

    Armenian National Congress (ANC) is considering the possibility of
    resuming the struggle rallies, said today in Yerevan ANC coordinator
    Levon Zurabian.

    He said specific dates for meetings will be determined at a meeting of
    political council of the Congress, which will be held on July 28,
    chaired by the leader of the ANC, the first president of Armenia Levon
    Ter-Petrosyan. Zurabian admitted that "there is a public need for
    conducting meetings, as a productive method of political struggle."
    According to him, from August 1, scheduled for a "mini-gathering" at
    the monument in Yerevan, Saryan, during which will mark the second
    anniversary of the ANC.

    Coordinator of the ANC announced that it will soon be submitted to the
    program of reforms in the areas of pensions, education and science,
    developed "shadow government". It has already been published program
    of economic development "100 steps" and improvement of health. Levon
    Zurabian praised the "effective action" shadow government ", formed on
    the basis of unprecedented consolidation of 18 political forces,
    differing in their ideological orientation."
