Nagorno-Karabakh will help Azerbaijan with its rights at International

ArmInfo. By its yesterday decision on Kosovo, the International Court
of Justice has established a new world order, Chairman of the Standing
Committee on Foreign Relations of the Nagorno-Karabakh Parliament
Vahram Atanessyan said during a meeting with Armenian journalists.
Nagorno-Karabakh has no reason for appealing to the international
court. "We do not question the legality of our independence. It is
Azerbaijan who questions it and it is free to appeal.And let the
International Court respond to Azerbaijan. We have no such a problem",
said Atanessyan.
He stressed the fact that it was not Pristina, but the Serbian
authorities that applied to the International Court. He added that the
Karabakh should help Baku to apply to the International Court of
Justice. "If they need our help, we are ready to help them",- said
Atanessyan.
