Armenia's natural gas distribution operator in which Gazprom holds 80%
stake. The remaining portion is owned by Armenian government. The
new facility will use natural gas from neighboring Iran through a
pipeline constructed in late 2008 to produce electricity and export
it back to the Islamic Republic.
