'AREXIMBANK-GASPROMBANK GROUP' TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF ITS OFFICES UP TO 19 BY 2012

ArmInfo. "Areximbank-Gasprombank Group" is going to increase the number
of its offices up to 19 by 2012. The major part of the office 11 - in
the regions and the rest in Yerevan. As deputy director general of the
bank Ruben Khachatryan told ArmInfo correspondent, such a prediction
was introduced in the new strategy of the bank development till 2012.
He also added that at present the bank has 15 offices, 6 of which are
functioning in Yerevan and rest 9 - in the regions of Armenia. Another
2 offices will be opened at the beginning of 2011, one in Yerevan
and one in one of the regions.
Khachatrayn also said that by 2012 the bank is going to increase
the number of its customers - up to 42350 (including 2050 - legal
persons and 40300- individual persons). By 2011 tye number of the
bank customers will reach 40250 (1850 - legal persons and 38400 -
individual). Today the bank has 37620 customers, 35900 of which are
legal persons and 1720 - individual ones.
According to the Ranking of commercial banks of Armenia, prepared by
ArmInfo, as of 1 April 2010 the total capital of the bank amounted
to 14.1 bln drams, the assets - 45.6 bln drams and the volume of
credit investments - 25.5 bln drams. The net profit of the bank in
the 1Q 2010 was 88 mln drams. "Gasprombank" (Russian Federation)
is the only shareholder of the CJSC "Areximbank-Gasprombank Group".
