IN MEMORIAM:
ARCHPRIEST FATHER ARSHAG DAGHLIAN
His Eminence Archbishop Oshagan Choloyan, Prelate, and the Religious
and Executive Councils of the Armenian Apostolic Church of America
announce with immense sorrow the passing of Archpriest Father Arshag
Daghlian, a faithful and devoted servant of the Armenian
Church.
The Divine Liturgy and Extreme Unction will be officiated by His
Eminence Archbishop Oshagan with the participation of the clergy
serving the Eastern Prelacy, at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 14, at
St. Stephens Armenian Apostolic Church, 38 Elton Avenue, Watertown,
Massachusetts. Interment will follow at West Parish Garden Cemetery,
Andover, Massachusetts.
Visiting hours will be held in St. Stephens Church sanctuary
on Sunday, June 13, from 4 to 8 p.m., with the homecoming (Dan Gark)
services at 7 p.m.
Survivors include his loving wife, Yeretzgin Lucy, daughters
Sonia and Houri, Nora and her husband Richard Sarajian, and son John,
and seven grandchildren. His daughter Aida Chareth predeceased him.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to St. Stephens
Armenian Apostolic Church, 38 Elton Avenue, Watertown, Massachusetts
02472 or the Armenian Apostolic Church of America, 138 E. 39th Street,
New York, New York 10016.
