EDIK BARSEGHIAN AWARDED NKR MEDAL "MILITARY SERVICE"

President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakian signed on
June 10 a decree on awarding the NKR medal "Military Service" to
Armenia's First Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations, Director of
the RA Rescue Service Edik Barseghian for his efficient participation
in the organization of the NKR's defence, Noyan Tapan was informed by
the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.
