YEREVAN, JUNE 14, ARMENPRESS: All-Armenian three-day forum of young
businessmen will be conducted in autumn in the republic. Armenian
Deputy Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Arsen Karamyan told
Armenpress that similar forum is organized for the first time. Its
project has already been presented to Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan
and has been approved; currently it is in a final round of drafting.
The preliminary works will start in August.
A. Karamyan said that there are young successful businessmen in many
countries of the world, and it will be right that all those young
people have their part in the Armenian economy. "The local young
businessmen will take part in the forum, too. It is expected that
interesting business ideas will originate as a result, which will
be practically applied in future. We want to put the stress on the
circumstance that young businessmen in provinces come forward with
certain initiatives," A. Karamyan said.
At the forum the state policy and the current economic state,
as well as the state programs where investments can be made, etc
will be presented. A. Karamyan noted that participation of Armenian
businessmen from about 30 countries and of 20 businessmen living in
Armenia is expected.
