ARMENIAN MINISTRY OF ECONOMY: INTERRELATION EDUCATION-INDUSTRY IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF BOTH SPHERES IN ARMENIA

YEREVAN
Effective interrelation of education and industry is very important for
both spheres, said Vache Kirakosyan, Head of Department of Information
and High Technologies of Armenian Ministry of Economy.
"Some companies who understand the importance of this interrelation
and have relevant resources, undertake steps in this direction",
said Kirakosyan during the forum "Meeting without Ties" of IT leaders
in Tsakhkadzor.
The companies "Synopsis Armenia" and "National Instruments" have
enough experience in this sphere.
Education, scientific-technical developments and commerce should be
the links of one chain.
"For this purpose it is necessary to develop relevant mechanisms. If
it is difficult to work with all higher education institutions, one-two
institution should be selected and start working with them", he said.
Such a system helps to eliminate the concept of "higher education
for receiving diploma".
