UNIFIED STATE EXAMINATION IN MATHEMATICS MARKED BY SCUFFLE AMONG PARENTS AND POLICEMEN

ArmInfo. The Unified State examination (USE) in mathematics held
on June 15 was marked by scuffle among parents of graduates and
policemen. According to deputy Minister of Education and Science of
Armenia Manuk Lazarian, a scandalous incident actually took place
on June 16 near the Polytechnic University. Upon completion of USE,
one of the graduates asked the examination organizers to give him
another minute to correct the test. However, the minute run over time
and organizers had to take the test from a young dodger. The offended
hero hurried to the exit where he received not only sympathy from
his parents but also their readiness to fight.
The flame was fueled by relatives of another graduates, who also
interfered with the imminent scandal.
As a result, police forces were attracted to assure order and
security. According to M. Lazarian, the incident was fully exhausted
with appearance of forces of law and order. According to official
and unofficial data, there were no victims and injuries.
