COMMENTARIES OF THE ARMENIAN CONSTITUTION RELEASED

The "Commentaries of the Armenian Constitution" has been released
within the framework of the events dedicated to the 15th anniversary
of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia. The presentation of
the book at the National Art Gallery was attended by President Serzh
Sargsyan, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, representatives of executive
and legislative bodies.
The book has been prepared by 68 specialists and is meant for
all citizens of the republic. According to the President of the
Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan, "the commentaries accomplish
the contemporary achievements of Armenian constitutionality, and make
the main constitutional values, principles and norms accessible to
broader circles of society."
