EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL YOUTH CENTER OPENS IN ARTSAKH

On 17 June President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook
at a solemn ceremony of opening "Parmani" educational and cultural
youth center in capital Stepanakert.
According to the central information department of Artsakh President's
office, the Head of the State rated high the patriotic undertaking of
constructing such an important for our republic center carried out by
Russian philanthropist of Armenian origin Narine Davtyan and expressed
hope that it would substantially contribute to the upbringing of the
younger generation.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church
Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, philanthropist Levon Hayrapetyan,
other officials, as well as guests from Russia partook at the ceremony.
