MINASYAN: AZERBAIJAN FACES SERIOUS PROBLEM SINCE ALIEV MADE A DEMARCHE

"The negotiations have already committed and Azerbaijan's President
made a demarche which means Azerbaijan faces serious problem,"
political expert Sergey Minasyan stated at the news conference
commenting on Aliev's soonest departure from St Petersburg.
According to the expert the meetings results are indigestible for
the Azerbaijan's President.
"I doubt Aliev though this trilateral meeting would have different
results," he said.
Expert said after the meeting Azerbaijani authorities would try to
make changes in the negotiations, "but I doubt serious changes would
be recorded."
