Member of the Republican Party of Armenia, MP Gagik Melikyan doesn't
think that international institutions assumed a biased stance on the
incident that took place at the contact line of NKR and Azerbaijani
armed forces on June 18 night.
`International institutions' statements were addressed to Azerbaijan,'
he said.
Nevertheless, he emphasized that Azerbaijan should have been named as
the provocateur.
`It was not the time to make statements admissible for both sides,'
Melikyan told a news conference on June 26.
He hailed the reaction of Armenian and Arstakh leaders, who gave a
proper response to Azerbaijan.
