Gagik Melikyan: Aliyev's threats are evidence of his diplomatic illiteracy

It's inadmissible for a country leader to make warlike statements,
Armenian member of parliament said.
`I wonder how Azerbaijani President Aliyev dares make such statements
being a diplomat by profession,' Gagik Melikyan told a news conference
in Yerevan. `His threats are evidence of his diplomatic illiteracy and
are meant to gain internal political dividends.'
