WILL TURKEY EVER ACCEPT GUILTY VERDICT?

GUNAY EVINCH is a lobbyist with an ax to grind. I'm an Armenian
commoner with one.
There's an enormous amount of time, energy, and deceit implicit in
the genocide question, so rather than try to persuade him and your
readers of the accuracy and authenticity of my side of the story, I'd
rather cut to the chase and ask Evinch this question: If an objective
historical commission concluded that the Armenian genocide did indeed
occur, would the Turkish government accept the decision and apologize
to the Armenian people specifically and to the world in general for
its past conduct?
The reason I ask is that if, in spite of a guilty verdict by the
commission, they will continue to make a travesty of historical fact,
what is the point of bothering?
