"Considering that the war can never be hoped for, we at the same time
do not afraid of fighting, if the war begins. However, our absolute
position is to consider a peaceful settlement to the conflict, standing
from the basis of mutual concessions," said Armenia's President Serzh
Sargsyan in his interview with France's Le Figaro paper, commenting
the process of settlement to the Karabakh conflict.

"We are making utmost efforts in relation to this issue. Meanwhile,
Azerbaijan is trying to create an illusion that Armenia and
Nagorno-Karabakh are interested in conflict's solving. Sure, this is
    not true.

"We must put an end to the damaging embargo. The situation in
Azerbaijan is different as it hopes can buy weapons and solve the
conflict by military meaning, being backed by the natural recourses
    and petrodollars.

"They don't keep their intentions secret," said President Sargsyan.
