ZORI BALAYAN AWARDED NKR MESROP MASHTOTS ORDER

STEPANAKERT, MARCH 17, NOYAN TAPAN. By NKR President Bako Sahakian's
March 15 decree, for prominent state, public-political activity and
on the occasion of his 75th birth anniversary, writer-publicist Zori
Balayan was awarded Mesrop Mashtots Order.
According to the report of NKR President's Press Service, on March 16
B. Sahakian took part in the solemn ceremony dedicated to Z. Balayan's
jubilee at Stepanakert House of Culture and Youth and awarded him
Mesrop Mashtots Order.
