Melikyan: the origin doesn't matter in NKR regulation
Today on the press conference, the ARP member Gagik Melikyan touched
upon Goran Lennmarker's, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly special
rapporteur on Nagorno Karabakh issue, statement which said that the
NKR couldn't be back to the negotiation table because the former
Armenian president was from Karabakh.
Reminding that he has been present in the hall where the statement was
done the deputy stressed that such attitude is not acceptable for the
Armenian side.
`Then how can, in that case, the third Armenian President whose
origins are from Karabakh too, loudly speak about Karabakh being a
negotiating side. The origin doesn't matter. It was the former RA FM
Vardan Oscanyan's fault that Karabakh was left out from the
negotiation processes.'
