Hayastan All-Armenian Fund representative honored with NKR Gratitude medal

signed Saturday a decree on honoring member of Hayastan All-Armenian
Fund Board of Trustees, Ara Boyajyan, with Gratitude medal for active
participation in implementation of the Fund's projects in NKR,
