FOREIGN MINISTRY: AZERBAIJAN WELCOMES SERZH SARGSYAN'S PROPOSAL TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT NOT TO USE FORCE

BUKU, MART 22, NOYAN TAPAN. "Azerbaijan welcomes Serzh Sargsyan's
proposal to sign an agreement not to use force," spokesman for Foreign
Ministry Elkhan Polukhov told APA while commenting on Armenian
President Serzh Sargsyan's appeal to sign an agreement not to use
force.
"But it will be possible only after the cause of that threat is
eliminated, Armenia withdraws its Armed Forces from the occupied
Azerbaijani territories. Azerbaijan agrees to sign such an agreement
after Armenia takes this step," he said.
