AZERBAIJAN NOT TO USE FORCE IF ARMENIA WITHDRAWS FROM LANDS

An Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman has said that his country
will not use force in the Nagornyy Karabakh conflict if Armenia
withdraws from Azerbaijan's occupied lands, Turan news agency has
reported.
"If the Armenian armed forces leave the Azerbaijani lands, such a
threat will be eliminated," Elxan Poluxov told Turan in an interview.
Poluxov added that Azerbaijan welcomes the Armenian president's appeal
to sign an agreement on non-use of force.
