TWO DAYS CONFERENCE KICKS OFF IN YEREVAN

Today in Armenia kicked off an international conference on "Socialist
Approaches to Armenia's Challenges: Global Perspectives and Local
Realities" organized by ARF Dashnaktsutyun.
"Our conference's aim's to present the ideological and practical
expressions of socialism. And to break the stereotype that socialism
is limiting the freedom of people," mentioned Artsvik Minasyan.
"It is very important for the international experience to be presented
too. That's the reason why we have invited many experts form abroad
to have participation on this conference. Here they will present the
experience of their own countries and will highlight the real positive
achievements of the society through socialism," A. Minasyan mentioned.
Politicians, representatives of research institutions and
non-governmental organizations form Russia, the USA, Argentina, Sweden,
Chili, Iran, Armenia, Diaspora and other countries will partake in
the conference.
