NKR DEFENSE MINISTER: THERE ARE NO GROUNDS TODAY TO SPEAK ABOUT WAR RESUMPTION

ArmInfo. "The rumours about resumption of a war are born from the
militaristic calls of Azerbaijan's political leadership. I do not
think that these calls should serve a ground for conclusions about
the approaching threat", Defense Minister of Nagorno Karabakh Movses
Hakopyan said in an interview with the NKR Defense Ministry's programme
Goyamart, ArmInfo correspondent in Stepanakert reports.
"There are no grounds today to speak about resumption of a war, as
the situation on the front line has not changed since a ceasefire
agreement was signed. Currently, the NKR Defense Army keeps the front
line under control more confidently than before and takes corresponding
measures in response to the steps by the Azerbaijani armed forces",
