Russia's Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrey Nesterenko denied the
released by Azerbaijan statement and said that Russian Foreign Minister
hadn't received any proposals from Azerbaijan on Turkey inclusion into
the OSCE MG Co-Chairs group, aimed at the settlement to the Karabakh
conflict, RIA Novosti reported.
"Even if such a suggestion was made, Russia, a Co-Chair of the OSCE MG
on Karabakh talks, hasn't received any official request. In any case,
in order to turn this proposal into practice, at least the approval
by three parties of the Group is necessary," Andrey Nesterenko told
journalists.
"Taking into account that the process of ratification of the
Armenia-Turkey documents has been suspended, one can hardly expect
such developments in the process," he said.
