"COUNTRY OF TALKING STONES: CTS 2010" EXHIBITION TO BE HELD MAY 14-15 IN YEREVAN

YEREVAN, MAY 4, ARMENPRESS: An international tourism exhibition
entitled "Country of Talking Stones: CTS 2010" will be held May 14-15
in Yerevan, organized by the Armenian Association of Tour Agents.
Deputy Chairman of the agency Yeghishe Tanashyan told Armenpress that
Georgia and Turkey, Armenia and the Nagorno Karabakh Republic will
be presented at the exhibition in separate pavilions. According to
him, there is a great interest displayed by Turkey, nearly the 25 %
of the pavilions will be presented by the participants arrived from
that country.
"Our main goal is to promote the creation of regional tour packages.
During those days the participants will present their programs,
prospects, as well as will try to find verges of cooperation," Y.
Tanashyan said.
Tour agencies, airline companies, tour operators, hotel complexes,
resort houses, journalists, etc will take part. Y. Tanashyan said a
good opportunity will be afforded for establishing ties, as well as
for presenting the products and services concerning the tourism to
the society. Round tables and discussions will be held within the
frameworks of the exhibition.
Armenian Ministry of Economy and USAID "Competitive Private Sector
in Armenia" program support organization of the exhibition.
