Armenian real estate market tends to revive, according to Arman
Petrosyan, a representative of the State Committee of Real Estate
Cadastre.
"The market price for 1 square meter in apartment buildings increased
by 2.6% in Yerevan and by 1.5% in other cities of the republic. Prices
for real estate will hardly go down in the near future," Petrosyan
told reporters on May 5.
He also informed that 36 499 transactions were conducted in the first
quarter of 2010, exceeding the last year's index by 24.3%.
