Amid Turkey's outreach to Armenia, the Foreign Ministry is getting
ready to declassify more of its archives. The ministry decided to make
public some previously classified archives concerning neighboring
countries from 1918 to 1956, starting with Iraq, and will set up
a commission to decide which documents to declassify. After Iraq,
documents on Syria, Iran, Bulgaria, Greece and the Soviet Union will
be opened to the public. /Aksam/ Source: Government of Turkey
