"We would not have Artsakh if Shoushi was not liberated," ex-Defense
Minister of Armenia, member of the Central Board of the Social
Democratic Hnchakhian Party Vahan Shirkhanyan told a press conference
today.
"There is no other city in Eastern Armenia that would be more Armenian
than Shoushi. It's a unique museum, where every stone, every house
and every street is enveloped with the spirit of Armenian history,"
he said.
"This city should never again belong to Turks or Azeris. It's a
symbol of Armenians on the territory of Eastern Armenia," Vahan
Shirkhanyan added.
