Ambassador Gagik Ghalachyan's meetings in Cyprus
YEREVAN, MAY 7, ARMENPRESS: RA Ambassador Gagik Ghalachyan continued
today his meetings in Cyprus. An official from the press and
information department of RA Foreign Affairs Ministry told Armenpress
that the Ambassador met with Marios Garoyan, President of the House of
Representatives of Cyprus, Markos Kyprianou, foreign minister of
Cyprus, Costas Papacostas, minister of defense, and with other high
officials. All the meetings were held in a friendly-operative
atmosphere. During the meetings the sides stressed the high-level
bilateral relations and political discussions between the countries
and mentioned about the efficient inter-parliamentary cooperation in
both bilateral and multilateral levels. They emphasized the importance
of active cooperation in the economic, cultural, educational,
scientific and military spheres. The sides stated that all the
necessary and favorable conditions are available for the cooperation.
