ARMENIAN EMBASSY IN GEORGIA RECEIVES NO OFFICIAL REPORT ON DETENTION OF TWO ARMENIAN CITIZENS

ArmInfo. Embassy of Armenia in Georgia received no official report on
detention of two citizens of Armenia at attempt of illegal crossing of
the Armenian-Georgian border, Armenian Foreign Ministry told ArmInfo.
According to the Georgian sources quoting Georgia's border police,
citizens of Armenia Andranik Konyan and Gyulnar Muradyan were detained
on May 7 near Akhkepri border section at attempt of illegal crossing
of the state border. They are accused of an attempt of illegal group
border crossing. Preliminary investigation on the fact is underway.
