ASHOT GULYAN: ARMENIAN GENOCIDE AND NKR'S RIGHT FOR SELF DETERMINATION INDISPUTABLE

Upon completion of Hay Dat committee conference in Stepanakert,
conference delegates had a meeting with NKR parliamentary speaker
Ashot Gulyan. During the meeting, NKR parliamentary speaker presented
Stepanakert's position and future actions.
Ashot Gulyan characterized Armenian Genocide and NKR's right for
self determination as indisputable, emphasizing the importance
of Karabakh's involvement in negotiations. The parties agreed that
cession of territories will not contribute to establishment of peace,
instead, increasing the probability of a war.
Representatives of Hay Dat committees also met Archbishop Pargev
Martirosyan, the Head of Artsakh Eparchy of Armenian Apostolic Church.
Pargev Martirosyan briefed those present on Artsakh Eparchy activities,
giving high assessment to people's renewed ties with the church,
