FIDE Men's Grand Prix first sets of round six took place on May 10,
and the official opening ceremony was held in state dramatic theatre
    of Astrakhan.

The only Armenian chess player was Vladimir Hakobyan whose rival in
that set appeared to be Boris Gelfand. Armenian chess player had a
very little advantage since Gelfand was undefeated in Russian game,
finally Hakobyan-Gelfand set ended in draw.

It's worth reminding that the main competition is to be held among
Rajabov, Van Yue, Hashimov, Leco, Yakovenko and Ivanchuk.

Armenian chess player Levon Aronyan won Grand Prix title earlier and
scoring 500 points became undefeated for his rivals.
