Russian President Dmitry Medvedev arrived in Turkey on Tuesday to
broach relations in the volatile South Caucasus region and seal
    several energy deals.

On his first official visit to Turkey, Medvedev was due to attend
a dinner with President Abdullah Gul after arriving from Syria,
and meet Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan on Wednesday.

Turkish CNNTurk writes about three other principle elements to be
discussed in the frames of Russia's Medvedev's visit: discussing the
natural gas price - Turkish side wants it in lower price which has
been warmly accepted by Russia. The second issue is visa regime
withdrawal. And finally Karabakh conflict - Artsakh issue and
Armenian-Turkish ties are supposed to be discussed during the meetings.
