MEDVEDEV: RUSSIA INTERESTED IN REINFORCING STABILITY IN THE CAUCASUS REGION

Moscow and Ankara are intent to hold consultations over strengthening
stability in the region of Caucasus and particularly, Nagorno-Karabakh
issue, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev told a joint press conference
with his Turkish counterpart in Ankara Wednesday, according to RIA
Novosti.
"Both Russia and Turkey are interested in reinforcing stability in the
Caucasus region and we [Russia] will move the process forward, will
use all the opportunities, authority and influence," Medvedev said.
