The International Day of Families, marked May 15 this year, was
proclaimed by the UN General Assembly in 1993.
As the cornerstone of the society, family has been and still remains
the carrier of human values and culture. Due to family, the state
strengthens and develops, the national welfare grows.
In all times the development of the country was seen in terms of the
rate of development of families and the state's attitude to it.
Finally, family is a source of love, respect, tolerance and affection.
It is the base of civilized society a man cannot do without. Family's
welfare is the criterion for state's development and progress.
