Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan is not going to participate in an
alleged up-coming meeting with the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir
Putin to be attended also by the Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan in
the Russian resort town of Sochi, said Armen Arzumanyan, Spokesperson
    of the Armenian President.

Earlier in an interview with the Azerbaijani news website Day.az
Sinan Ogan, a Turkish national and Director of Turkish Centre for
International Relations and Strategic Analyses, had said that Serzh
Sargsyan is going to participate in that meeting with the Nagorno
    Karabakh conflict on the agenda.

"We have said for several times that we will not discuss with Turkey
any issue pertaining Karabakh. In this sense, we do not even consider
the possibility of this meeting," Arzumanyan told Tert.am.
