On 1 November President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed
a decree awarding TV-reporter Albert Haroutyunyan (The Russian
Federation) with the "Gratitude" medal for substantial input in
the coverage of the Karabagh issue and in connection with his 55th
birthday, according to the central information department of the
office of the Artsakh Republic President.
